Bright Lights Acquisition Corp. is a new blank check company whose business purpose is to effect a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.

 

We intend to focus our search for an initial business combination on companies operating in the consumer products and media, entertainment and sports sectors with enterprise valuations in the range of $500 million to $1.5 billion.

 

We are emphasizing (but not limiting ourselves to) businesses that can benefit from celebrity ownership and/or partnership.
